North Hill House was a tear-down and new build like so many homes in suburban Chicago neighborhoods. On track to become a builder spec home, our clients were able to grab it early enough in the process to customize the interior finishes. We focused on adding detailed millwork, timeless tile, and custom touches like wallpaper and painted cabinetry to make this young family’s new home feel like their very own.
