Laura Peacock
Laura Peacock is an equally dynamic namesake at Laura Design Company. After receiving her B.S. in Interior Design, she began her career at Whitney Architects before becoming project manager and CAD specialist for a structural steel company. During these years, Laura space planned and designed commercial interior projects, including a 3,400 sq.ft. new construction office building. From its excavation, concrete and plumbing work to interior finish selection and furniture layout, this project nurtured her passion for the entire construction and design process. So, while her expertise is grounded on the technical side, she also loves applying the artistic elements of color, shape and balance to all she designs.
Laura Design Company’s work has been featured in print by Beautiful Kitchens & Baths Magazine, a quarterly special publication of Traditional Home, and in The Bulletin, a bi-annual magazine by iconic American fabric house, F. Schumacher & Co. Online, their work has been recognized by House Beautiful magazine as a Top 10 Design in its One Room Challenge, and featured as Kitchen of the Week by Houzz Magazine. Their firm has been selected as a recipient of Best of Houzz awards annually since 2017.
